Oliver
1-year-old
Neutered Male

As a young kitten, Oliver was left to fend for himself as an outdoor cat. Despite his rough start, he has become better adjusted and is now learning that people are fun! When you approach him slowly, he loves head scratches and will purr and rub up against you. He has a delightful soft meow and he is very playful, especially with cat toys. Give Oliver a second chance at a good life ... on a comfy couch, snuggled up with you, the way a cat is meant to live.

Ideal Home: Best in an
adult-only home

Greta
9-year-old
Spayed Female

Greta is a sweet older girl who is looking for a quiet place to call home. She's talkative, loves to be groomed and really enjoys having her shoulders rubbed. Her previous owner let us know that Greta likes to go outside for brief periods of time, but she mostly loves to lay around inside. If you have a safe cat enclosure, that would be perfect for her outdoor adventures. Greta would love to spend her mature years as the only pampered pet in your house!

Ideal Home: Almost any household

Katya
2-year-old
Spayed Female

Katya is a very special cat who will love to live in a quiet, adult home where she can begin to explore the joys of living without worrying about being surrounded by too much activity. She's very shy here with us, but also really enjoys being held and petted. In the right home, Katya will find enough comfort and joy to venture out to the windowsill and seek the sunlight (one of her favorite things). We really want to give this girl a chance to blossom. Please meet Katya; you could change each others' lives.

Harriet
7-month-old
Spayed Female

Lovely little Harriet is a charming, sweet cat. She's currently a bit overwhelmed by all of the noise and clamor of the animal shelter, but she’s always ready for a good head scratch. This very nice kitty is hoping to be adopted into a nice, quiet home. She’s ready to explore her new world! Make sure to have plenty of cat toys available for her, as well as a scratching post or two. Harriet will make a fine addition to almost any household - she is sure to shine!

Ideal Home: Almost any household

Abbie
1 1/2-year-old
Spayed Female

This lovely cat seems to really enjoy sitting in laps. She’s gentle with a strong mind of her own, like most torbies. A family with older children would probably suit Abbie well, as she does let you know when she has had enough attention. To help her settle into your home, give her some time in a small room equipped with everything she needs. Visit often and stay long with her, and give her time to explore the rest of the house.

Ideal Home: Best in home with grade school age children or older

Abigail
2-year-old
Spayed Female

Quiet and ladylike, with a sweet personality, Lady Abigail is looking to be the pampered pet in a fairly quiet home. She's ready to go home, relax, and bring joy to the lucky person who adopts her. Abigail is an active and playful young cat. We feel that with slow and careful introductions, she will do well with other animals. When you first bring her home, give her a room of her own and let her settle in and explore the house a bit at a time.

adult-only home

Bonsai
3-year-old
Spayed Female

Bonsai is shy at first, but she’s quite affectionate in quiet situations. She used to live with other cats and a dog, but wasn’t ever relaxed with this arrangement and learned to hide in cupboards and closets. She will be delighted to be the cherished, only pet in a home with only adults or older cat-savvy children. Give Bonsai some time to settle in and feel at home, and she will show you that she’s a sweet playful kitty who will be great company!

Ideal Home: Best in home with high school age children or older

Poinsettia
2-year-old
Spayed Female

Like a Poinsettia plant, this girl is both subtle and bold – able to brighten any room while sitting calmly in the corner. Although she has only shown us her quiet side since she’s been at the shelter, we suspect Poinsettia will show off a very playful and mischievous side after she has settled into her forever home. Poinsettia will appreciate regular grooming to keep her long hair beautiful. We think she will be happiest as an indoor-only cat.

Lionheart
6-year-old
Neutered Male

Ask this gentle, affectionate cat about any of his nine lives, and he'll have a story to tell. You see, Lionheart has been around for a while, so he knows a thing or two about loving humans, young and old. He knows how to make life delectable and predictable. This guy is quite the lap cat! Just cuddle him in your lap and he'll be yours forever. Be sure to brush him regularly – which he loves – to keep his fur gorgeous.

Vivienne
2-year-old
Spayed Female

Vivienne is quite a diva! She’s had a tough life, and she’s looking forward to settling into a permanent home where her larger-than-life personality will flourish. Like a typical diva, she has her moods, and she’ll give you signals when she wants some time to herself. Be sure to give her some space of her own where she can feel secure. This divine cat will provide you with years and years of love and entertainment, and she doesn't need diamonds or couture fashion; just attentive patience in a stable, loving home.
