Animal Chronicles
Animal Chronicles is a fun, practical and information-packed community newspaper about animals and the people who love them. Published twice a year, Animal Chronicles reaches nearly 90,000 Marin and Sonoma County animal enthusiasts. The publication helps inform people about the Marin Humane Society's efforts to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome the more than 8,000 animals who pass through our doors each year.
Animal Chronicles is mailed to 63,000 animal-friendly households. An additional 20,000 copies are distributed in bulk to more than 250 animal service providers, cafes, newsstands, doctors’ offices and retailers throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties. The publication is mailed to:
- Every member of The Marin Humane Society
- Every Marin residence with a licensed dog or cat
- Every Marin household with a microchipped pet
- Every participant in MHS dog training classes
