Excerpts from Ben's Pen Pal Diary

Date: 2/22/07

I received Ben today and he is one extremely shy fellow. I just loved on him alot and did everything I could to make him comfortable.

Date: 2/24/07

Ben is starting to venture into other guys' rooms for petting. He won't lay down in my room at all, only in his crate. He found my treat drawer and tried helping himself but had no luck.

Date: 2/28/07

Ben is slowly but surely becoming more social. Now he regularly stops by all the guys' rooms on the way outside. He's going to pull through. He's getting affectionate.

Date: 3/07/07

Today was my Birthday so Ben and I had some cake and ice cream together. He's leaving me tomorrow but he's really come a long way and I have faith that he'll be adopted.
