Date: 12/15/06

This big boy loves to fetch. He'll bring it back over and over again. I took him to the dog run and tried to wear him out but I got worn out instead. He's a good boy!

Today we gained a lot of ground. I tought him to go into a "down" and "stay" while I threw the ball, then wait until I say "release".

New Year's Eve. I gave Diesel the day off and we watched football all day long.

We worked on everything today. His "touch" is perfect now. His "leave it" is beautiful. This is the best dog ever. He needs more work on "heeling."

Today Deisel got his Canine Good Citizen certificate. I knew he would get it. He did so well today. I get to keep him for 3 more weeks and I'm happy about that.

Today I spent the afternoon at the dog park with Diesel. He's leaving me tomorrow so I wanted to spend all the time I can with him.
